Düsseldorf, 19 August 2022: The first monograph (37 x 29 cm) on Leon Löwentraut's artistic work to date is now available - online and in selected bookshops. The illustrated book is produced by the North Rhine-Westphalian art manufacturer Galerie Team Geuer and published by teNeues Verlag in Düsseldorf. The texts are by Freudenstadt painter, art historian and writer Albrecht Behmel.

The book deals with questions such as: What drives Leon Löwentraut? Who influenced him? What is behind his art? In addition to these subjects, the book is also dedicated to contemporary art themes. How does it feel to be an artist in our digital age, and what place does classically created art have in a global world dominated by the internet and social media? The book is impressive not only for its choice of photographs, but also for its velvet cover in fuchsia velvet with gold lettering.
