Dior is now entering the home sports market. It was already expected that Dior will go more into sports when Dior chief designer Maria Grazia Chiuri created the sports collection Dior Vibe for the Cruise 2022 show. The equipment is available in limited edition exclusively at Dior Vibe pop-up stores.

Christian Dior's vision of infinite elegance is always carried into the future by Maria Grazia Chiuri, adapting it to our times and their needs. In recent years, fitness has been given a high priority as a change in consciousness and values has taken place in our society. The equipment that Dior x Technogym has developed includes a treadmill, a multifunctional bench and a wellness ball. 

Design by Dior - Star of Destiny

The Dior x Technogym equipment is adorned by the Dior star, the Star of Destiny. The star is the most meaningful Dior emblem and its story began on April 18, 1946. Christian Dior was 41 years old and was unsure whether to open his own couture house or accept Marcel Boussac's offer to take over his fashion house. He was so lost in thought that he stumbled at a crosswalk, which was bordered with cast-iron stars, as was common in Paris at the time. The designer was superstitious and considered this a fateful moment. He decided to believe in this lucky star and makes the decision to start his own fashion house. Asked about this key moment in his life, he said, "My destiny came my way."

So now the Dior star adorns Dior x Technogym sports equipment, reflecting a shared commitment to inspire a lifestyle that combines physical activity and style to motivate people to live happier, healthier lives.

The creations are made in Italy at Technogym Village. Nerio Alessandri - founder of Technogym and wellness designer - comments, "This shared goal of excellence brings to life a limited series of innovative Technogym products interpreted with the unique charisma of Maison Dior. The new Dior and Technogym Limited Edition products will be available from January 2022 at Dior pop-up stores in Shanghai, Sanya, Beijing, Chengdu, Hong Kong, Seoul, Taipei, Bangkok, London, Beverly Hills, Soho and Tokyo, as well as select pop-ins in Paris, Milan, Tokyo, New York and Seoul.
