Leon Löwentraut (24), the internationally acclaimed art star, and Josef Hornstein (26), innovative Bodensee winemaker, will present their jointly developed Grand Cuvée on 14 November 2022.

Düsseldorf, 10 November 2022: Leon Löwentraut (24), the internationally celebrated art star, and Josef Hornstein (26), an innovative winemaker from Lake Constance, will present their jointly developed Grand Cuvée at the Hornstein Winery near Lindau on Monday, 14 November 2022.

Both have already achieved a lot at a young age. The Grand Cuvée is to combine the high quality of the family winery "Hornstein" with the creativity of Leon Löwentraut and so a Löwentraut painting now adorns the wine label. Now a mock-up of the wine has become known and we show a first picture.

The joint project is a Grand Cuvée from the grape varieties Pinot Gris, Auxerrois and Riesling - with beautiful fruit and impressive depth. Josef Hornstein, who has two bachelor's degrees in viticulture, makes it clear: "Without passion, nothing great will ever come into being. Courage, people and moments, that's what our winery is all about."

Charity:

More than 20 percent of the proceeds per bottle go to two aid projects: the Liebenau Foundation and a children's aid project in the Lower Rhine region. We will report further on where to buy the wine.

Düsseldorf, 10. November 2022: Leon Löwentraut (24), der international gefeierte Kunststar, und Josef Hornstein (26), ein innovativer Weinbauer vom Bodensee, präsentieren am Montag, dem 14. November 2022 ihren gemeinsam entwickelten Grand Cuvée auf dem Weingut Hornstein bei Lindau.

Beide haben bereits in jungen Jahren viel geleistet und viel erreicht. Der Grand Cuvée soll die hohe Qualität des Familienweinguts „Hornstein“ mit der Kreativität von Leon Löwentraut verbinden und so ziert nun ein Löwentraut Gemälde das Weinetikett. Jetzt ist ein Mock-up des Weins bekannt geworden und wir zeigen ein erstes Bild.

Das gemeinsame Projekt ist ein Grand Cuvée aus den Rebsorten Grauburgunder, Auxerrois und Riesling - mit schöner Frucht und beeindruckender Tiefe. Josef Hornstein, der zwei Bachelorabschlüssen im Bereich Weinbau hat, macht deutlich: „Ohne Leidenschaft wird nie etwas Großes entstehen. Mut, Menschen und Momente, darum geht es in unserem Weingut.“

Charity:

Mehr als 20 Prozent des Erlöses pro Flasche gehen an zwei Hilfsprojekte: an die Stiftung Liebenau und an ein Kinderhilfsprojekt am Niederrhein.
